Street Named In Honor Of David Bowie In Paris

In celebration of what would have been David Bowie's 77th birthday this week. An official presentation took place to name a street after him in Paris, France. The mayor wanted to honor the impact Bowie made on the city with his music, fashion, and culture.

The Mirror reports that the street is located between the Jardin des Plantes Botanical Gardens and the National Library.

The Starman musician died of liver cancer two days after his 69th birthday, 8 years ago.
